I’ve got a roster of dynamic, informative and interactive mental health, self-development & well-being workshops, which I like to call my “Well-Being Boosters”.
They cover a variety of topics, including stress & anxiety management, building resilience, self-care, communication, perfectionism and motivation & goal-setting. My workshops are jam-packed with down-to-earth content, fun stories, interactive activities, mindfulness moments and evidence-based strategies employed from the therapeutic realms of positive psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and interpersonal and solution-focused therapies.
